Our Philosophy

Soul Sound Alchemy was founded by Fofi Panagiotouros on the principle that mind and body wellness can alchemize your being and allow you to find balance and empower your life. Using the somatic techniques that Soul Sound Alchemy provides can help one find pain relief, better sleep, clarity, and harmony.

By understanding the unique connection between our emotions, our bodies, and events that occur in our lives, we can better understand how to reset the imbalances and regulate our central nervous systems to reduce stress so we can face lifes challenges with ease.

About Fofi

A music educator and trauma informed sound therapy practitioner in in the Tampa Bay area. She has received degrees focused in Music Education and Psychology from St. Petersburg College and Florida Southern College.

Fofi has also completed programs in Trauma Informed and Somatic Sound Therapies with Sound Therapy Network. She has also studied Himalayan Singing Bowls, Vibrational Sound Therapies, and Yoga Nidra.

With her experiences she is able to tailor and cultivate proper sessions to connect mind and body wellness for all.

Sound therapy helps return your organs to their natural vibration, recalibrates the brain, and dissolves negative thought patterns. One of the greatest benefits that a person feels from sound therapy is relief from stress and improved sleep.

When the body does not get the opportunity to slow down, physical pain occurs. Sound therapy is especially effective at relieving hypertension joint pain, neck/back pain, stress, and improved mood.

  • Comfortable and loose fitting clothing. Bring socks if you get cold easily. It is recommended to avoid buttons, zippers, and other elements that may cause discomfort.

  • Give yourself 30 minutes after eating if possible. Bring a light snack if you are concerned about low blood sugar. Make sure to hydrate before and after your session. We do recommend bringing water.
